Basic t shirt ordered on 5 July with estimated delivery of 11 - 14 July. When it didn’t arrive by 14th, I contacted Redbubble explaining I needed it for 22 July. Although the response was quick, the answer was wait until 21 July then contact us if it still hadn’t arrived. I wrote back to make sure they were aware of the date I need it for, but got another very unhelpful answer. So as I said to the company, I have had to place and order for something similar from Amazon. I definitely won’t be shopping from Redbubble again. It’s the 20th today and still no sign of my order. Shocking!

I highly recommend this company and the reason is because there was a product that had a Bible versa on it with a Eagle that we wanted vertical and with in 24 hours it was fixed Thank you..

I have ordered 3 items from this store. One order for one order for another two. Despite holding on to my money for more than 10 days, the have not been able to fulfil a single order.
They didn’t even refund my money, they offered me vouchers. Why would I want vouchers from a store that doesn’t even know what stock it has?
They don’t even deserve one star. Terrible company.

I uploaded my first design on redbubble and my account was then suspended. I have no idea why and no way of finding out as it is impossible to contact anyone about this. I now cannot steel or buy anything and am not happy at all with the non existent customer service.

I bought a t shirt, a women's fitted, followed the sizing. It was about a foot wider than necessary. No refund. Just a voucher for another purchase. I don't want a voucher. I want either the shirt that fits or a full refund.
